Shipping
| Shipping Times.Typically all orders are shipped within 24 hours of the time the order is placed (other than on weekends and holidays). Most orders are received within 3-5 business days. Exceptions to this are indicated on the page where the item was ordered. As a general rule of thumb kits and tools ship within 24 hours. Custom murals can take from 3 - 8 weeks. Carriers. Flat rate shipping through the U.S. Post Office is offered as an option whenever practicable. I strive to make the lowest possible shipping rates available to my customers. I do not tack on fees for shipping or handling. If you know of a more inexpensive shipping method than the ones you are offered on the site please let me know and I will arrange that shipping method for you! Returns
| Custom and Special Orders. Unfortunately the individual nature of a special order, which may involve not only unique materials but design time makes offering a full refund on custom items undoable. However my aim is your satisfaction and happiness. I will work to find a solution that accomplishes this should you be dissatisfied for any reason. I sincerely want you to be very happy with the end result. The preliminary stages of a custom project involves numerous communications with the client; emailing, talking, sketches, sending samples etc. It is therefore very unlikely that a client will be anything but pleased with the final product. Returns for any reason on non-custom order items are happily accepted and a full refund, excluding shipping,will be issued. Please do let me know right away via phone: 501/838-7806 or email: cslocomb@argentamosaics.com, that you wish to make a return. Then simply mail the original items purchased to the address below. Returns of kits and tools are accepted within 30 days of purchase. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Non-custom items returned in good condition will be fully refunded.
