The Kit: This kitty house number is an original design executed in vitreous glass mosaic tile. The tile comes from a variety of sources to achieve the lively colors that bring this mosaic to life! Cement mounting board 3/4" thick will never rot or deteriorate.

Skill Level: Beginner Kit. The kit is very easy to complete with no prior mosaic experience. Design is worked face up on clear sticky paper that keeps your work in place but also allows you to easily remove and reposition tiles and to see your work as it unfolds. This method also allows the mosaic to be transferred in one piece to the permanent mounting board.

Tile nippers are needed for this project. Wheeled nippers are strongly recommended to cut narrow pieces such a the cat whiskers and triangle border pieces. You can have FREE use of a pair of wheeled tile nippers for 30 days when you order a kit. All you pay is the shipping charge to return the nippers. See further information below.
